Although low-cost payment services using fintech are spreading around the world, card-based payment services are still very available. This card-based payment trend continues to increase. According to a Statista forecast, card payments in the U.S. are expected to reach about 5,571 trillion KRW ($5.09 trillion) in 2023, followed by Mastercard at about 2,529 trillion KRW ($2.27 trillion). In addition, in order to receive the TAX Refund, the payer must apply for the TAX Refund and register/prove separate evidence one by one, and the operators must also establish a separate system to process the PAX Refund
